• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Opened, unsealed, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective or were damaged during shipping.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Customized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
